How long until I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Delivery times differ slightly depending on the item (as we use different services), but generally between 3-5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia only, however, we are more than happy to accommodate. Simply send us an email here

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can update the correct address.

 

Returns

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

We want you to absolutely love your Piece Collectors item/s so in the event that you have changed your mind we are happy to offer a full refund based on the below terms:

  • Items are returned in the original condition that they were received in

  • Items are returned within 14 days of receiving the goods

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I return my items?

Simply send us an email here with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

I received my order and it is faulty, what should I do?

We aim to provide goods of the highest standard. In the event that you receive faulty goods, please get in touch with us here so that we can promptly remedy with either a repair, replacement or return.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the returned goods have been received, we will process your return within 3 business days. We will send an email notification to let you know once this has been completed. Funds should appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
